Cépage : Cabernet Franc.
Terroirs : Schisteux et argileux.
Elaboration : Macération préfermentaire à froid 3 à 4 jours. Cuvaison 3 semaines. Fermentation malolactique en cuves.
Découverte sensorielle : Couleur soutenue d’un rouge profond. Arômes complexes au nez de sous-bois et fruits rouges. En bouche, ce vin est équilibré, les tannins sont élégants et fondus. Grande palette aromatique en bouche.
Accord mets et vin : Ce vin accompagnera parfaitement les viandes rouges, les volailles rôties
et les fromages légers.
Servir entre 15 et 16°C


Grape Variety : Cabernet Franc
Soil : Schist and clay.
Vinification : Pre-fermentation, cold maceration for 3 to 4 days. 3 weeks vatting. Malo-lactic fermentation in tank.
Winemaker note :
Even, deep red colour. Complex aromas of undergrowth and red fruit can be detected on the nose. On the palate, this wine is well balanced, with elegant, smooth tannins and a vast array of aromas.
Enjoy : This wine will go perfectly with red meat, roast poultry and mild cheeses.
Serve between 15 and 16° C

Anjou Blanc

Cépage : Chenin. Sec-tendre.
Terroir : Schistes.
Elaboration : Sélection des plus belles baies puis pressurage lent afin de préserver toute la subtilité du Chenin Blanc. Fermentation à basse température jusqu’à obtention de l’équilibre sucre/acidité souhaité. Elevage en cuves inox durant plusieurs mois puis assemblage des différentes cuves pour une mise en bouteilles courant du printemps.
Découverte sensorielle : Notre Chenin blanc « M de Mulonnière » est un vin « sec tendre » qui se distingue par son élégance naturelle et révèle un nez aux jolies notes de fleur d’acacia, d’amande douce et d’agrumes. Sa vivacité, son croquant fruité et sa longueur en bouche lui donnent un style unique, riche et apprécié.
Accord mets et vin : A déguster lors d’un apéritif entre amis ; il accompagnera aussi parfaitement des saint jacques sur lit de poireaux, les plats d’influences indiennes ou asiatiques, un ris de veau à la crème ou encore des desserts à base de fruits. Servir à 12°C

Grape Variety : 100% Chenin Blanc. Off-dry.
Soil : Sandy schist.
Vinification : Selection of the best grapes followed by a slow pressing to preserve all the subtlety of the Chenin Blanc. Low temperature fermentation until the desired balance between sugar and acidity is obtained. A few months’ aging in stainless steel tanks before blending the different vats followed by the bottling during spring time.
Winemaker note : Our Chenin Blanc « M de Mulonnière » is an off-dry wine which is characterized by its natural delicacy. It reveals beautiful acacia, sweet almonds and citrus fruits notes. Its crispiness and fruitiness along with its length give him a unique and rich profile.
Enjoy : Aperitif to share with friends. The perfect accompaniment to fish – both cooked and raw, Indian or Asian-inspired dishes, and even fruit-based desserts.

Rosé d’Anjou

Cépage : Cabernet Franc, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Grolleau et Gamay..
Terroir : Schisteux et argileux.
Elaboration : Egrappage total des raisins puis macération pelliculaire pour une partie de la récolte. Fermentation à basse température jusqu’à obtention de l’équilibre sucre/acidité souhaité. Elevage quelques mois en cuves inox puis assemblage pour une mise en bouteilles au printemps afin de préserver au maximum son caractère fruité.
Découverte sensorielle : Notre rosé « M de Mulonnière » s’ouvre sur des notes de fruits rouges tels que la groseille et la framboise. La bouche d’une grande fraicheur apporte gourmandise et vivacité à ce vin de plaisir.
Accord mets et vin : Ce vin s’accordera parfaitement avec une salade de tomates, les viandes grillées au barbecue, une tarte aux fraises. Servir à 8 à 9°C

Vinification : Total de-stalking of the grapes; a proportion of the harvested grapes undergo skin contact maceration. Low temperature fermentation until the desired balance between sugar and acidity is obtained. A few months’ aging in stainless steel tanks before blending followed by the bottling during spring time to preserve as much as possible its fruitiness.
Winemaker note :
Our  » M de Mulonnière  » rosé opens with fruity notes such as redcurrant and raspberry. The great freshness on the palate is giving to the wine both crispiness and generosity.
